Frequently asked questions
Aligned with our homepage operating model and FTW Loop.
What does Agency FTW actually build?
Agency FTW designs, builds, deploys, and operates production AI systems that automate real work—from workflow automation and team onboarding to governed agents and multi-agent operations.
Where should we start with AI?
Start with one workflow where time, handoffs, rework, approvals, or repetitive work are creating measurable drag. We map the opportunity, define the success criteria, and prove value before scaling.
What is Build & Release?
Build & Release takes one AI workflow from idea to production: workflow design, integrations, agent or automation build, human approvals, failure testing, deployment, observability, and verified business outcomes.
What is AI Workforce Launch?
AI Workforce Launch gets a team from account creation to first verified AI outcome. It supports bulk onboarding, role-specific guidance, approved tool access, progress tracking, blocker recovery, and completion only after a real AI-assisted task succeeds.
How is Agency FTW different from buying more AI tools?
We start with the work, not the tool. We connect the right systems, add the right controls, deploy the workflow, and measure whether it actually saves time, increases throughput, improves quality, or removes operational drag.
Do you build multi-agent systems?
Yes. When a workflow needs specialized roles, Agency FTW can build systems where multiple agents collaborate with explicit permissions, human checkpoints, observability, and measurable outcomes.
Do you work with agencies, consultancies, and AI platforms?
Yes. We support white-label delivery, subcontracting, joint solutions, platform integration, and referral partnerships when a partner needs deeper agentic engineering or production AI delivery capacity.
How long does an engagement take?
Each product has a target release window that begins once the engagement is Release Ready: scope accepted, required access and representative inputs available, and a decision owner named. We price the outcome rather than hours, and the live release forecast moves transparently when review, access, external dependencies, or scope changes affect the calendar.
What happens if the target release window is exceeded?
If Agency FTW execution causes the delay, the agreed outcome continues without an added fee. Customer-controlled review or access delays shift the forecast, external dependencies are reforecast and actively mitigated, and materially new requirements are proposed as explicit Scope Upgrades before work proceeds.
Do you charge hourly overages?
No. Scope expansion is handled as a priced Scope Upgrade with a clear outcome and release impact. Corrections required to satisfy the agreed acceptance criteria stay inside the original engagement.
Where is Agency FTW based?
Agency FTW is based in Miami, Florida and works with operators, teams, agencies, and internal AI champions.
How are Plugin Launch Sprint payments structured?
For the Plugin Launch Sprint, 50% is due before kickoff, 30% after the working demo meets the agreed milestone, and 20% after acceptance and before final source, deployment, and operational handover. Final delivery is available for review before that last payment; cleared funds are required before handover. Marketplace review is not a payment milestone. Other engagements follow their signed payment schedule.
What does a starting price include?
The starting price covers the defined base scope. We confirm workflows, integrations, account access, customer responsibilities, and acceptance criteria in writing before kickoff. Additional requirements are priced and approved before that work begins; provider and infrastructure costs are identified separately.
Is marketplace approval guaranteed?
No. The Plugin Launch Sprint delivers the agreed tested integration and a review-ready submission package. Marketplace approval, listing timing, customer adoption, and partner-only identity access are controlled by the platform and are not guaranteed.
Can FTW support the integration after handover?
Yes. Plugin Care is a separately scoped ongoing service for compatibility checks, maintenance, and support. Coverage, response windows, included work, and exclusions are agreed before it begins; it is separate from the implementation fee.
How can I participate in the FTW partner community?
We are developing a partner pathway for Scouts who refer opportunities, Ambassadors who manage accounts with agent support, and Captains who lead teams. Contact us to discuss pilot participation. Advancement, compensation, and any territory rights require an agreed partner arrangement; self-service enrollment is not yet available.
